  • The play-based programme has at its core an Emergent Curriculum that is connected with the children’s everyday life experiences. This is a child-driven curriculum that is based on the interests and needs of the children. Teachers observe, record, and analyse children’s interests and develop the topics of study from those observations. Our curriculum is, therefore, a dynamic one which varies from year to year.
  • High Scope, a research-based Early Childhood Education approach, provides an umbrella to our emergent curriculum. Key developmental experiences, central to young children’s development, are integrated in the programme. Each day encompasses children’s development of language, literacy, numeracy, social-emotional and physical abilities.
  • We are inspired by the Reggio Emilia Approach where the rights of children are respected, the environment supports the learning and the adults and children collaborate in the learning process.

PARENT TODDLER PROGRAMME

The Parent-Toddler Programme is a 60 minute programme offered two times a week for children between the ages of 16 to 24 months. The programme will enable children to explore a wider world outside their home along with their parents. We ensure an emotionally safe and nurturing environment where children are exposed to developmentally appropriate sensory experiences through play.


FIRST STEPS PROGRAMME

2 to 4 years by 31st March 2022

2 & 3 hours / five days a week

Our First Steps Programme is for children between the ages of 2 to 4 years. Children are enrolled for two hours/ three hours for five days a week programme.

The programme ensures social-emotional, physical, creative and cognitive development primarily through child-led play. The nurturing teachers ensure an emotionally and physically safe and stimulating environment for children to explore.


RIGHT START PROGRAMME

4 to 5 years by 31st March 2022

4 hours / five days a week

Our Right Start Programme is for children between 4 to 5 years of age. Children are enrolled for 4 hours for five days a week programme. Our curriculum is play based, child led and dynamic.

Each day encompasses children’s development of language, music and movement, pre-literacy and numeracy social-emotional and physical abilities. With support and encouragement students are encouraged to think, explore, take risks and be creative. The programme has at its core an emergent curriculum that is connected with the children’s everyday life experiences. Teachers observe, record, and analyse children’s interests and develop the topics of study from their observations.

AFTERNOON PROGRAMMES
